Here are some wedding/event highlight samples by FREDA FILMS on YouTube posted in 720p HD Video Quality unless indicated as HD 1080p.

9/15/2019  Alivia & Ethan  (Watch in 1080p if possible)

The wedding of Alivia Moeckel and Ethan LaFosse was held on the sunny Sunday of September 15, 2019.

The Bride Prep in the morning was highlighted by Alivia popping open Champagne for her Bridesmaids and the emotional moment when Tim, her Dad, saw her coming down the stairs in her wedding gown for the first time. It was the beginning of the memorable day ahead as Ethan and his Groomsmen awaited her arrival at the church.

Following the Ceremony at St. Edwards Church in Westminster, Massachusetts, the Reception Party at Devens Common Convention Center kicked in with kids dancing on the shoulders of adults, and the adults dancing like there was no tomorrow. It was a sparkling night of fun and laughter, and a great send-off for Alivia and Ethan.

Produced, Directed and Edited by Director of Cinematography, Don Freda of Freda Films.  Don & Debbie Freda filmed/recorded all the events.

6/21/2019  Jess + Steve  (Watch in HD 1080p if possible)

The wedding of Jessica Merchant and Stephen Lanza was held at Zukas Hilltop Barn in Spencer, Massachusetts.  It rained like “cats and dogs” the day before the wedding and early that morning, but the skies cleared in time for a wonderful celebration of love.  Tyler Steele, a good friend of the Bride and Groom, was masterful in his duties as The Marriage Officiant. Jennifer Leonard, Maid of Honor, and Best Man, Joey Veneziano, engaged the tent full of guests with memorable stories about the wedded couple.

DJ Brian Plouffe of Champagne Toast entertained the crowd and had the place hopping non-stop for the Reception Celebration.

In lieu of favors the Bride and Groom made a donation in honor of their guests to the “RED STRONG FOUNDATION” in memory of their good friend, Richie Powers.  #REDSTRONG

Produced, Directed and Edited by Director of Cinematography, Don Freda of Freda Films.  Don & Debbie Freda filmed/recorded all the events.

8-18-18  Jenn + Jon

Jenn Allain and Jon Tisdale exchanged their vows to each other and were married with the assistance of Jon’s cousin and Justice of the Peace, Randy Baril, at the Blue Ocean Event Center in Salisbury, Massachusetts.

Jenn had her eyes set on “the curly-haired boy from down the street” while they were in elementary school.  Years later they both discovered their mutual attractions to each other and got married.

Their memorable Reception Party, led by DJ Sean Naughton of NuImage Entertainment, was topped off with a fireworks display from an offshore barge, just a few hundred yards from the Event Center.  It was a perfect ending for a day of celebration and a send-off to many glorious years of marriage for Mr. & Mrs. Jon & Jenn Tisdale.

Produced, Directed and Edited by Director of Cinematography, Don Freda of Freda Films.  Don & Debbie Freda filmed/recorded all the events.  Drone Footage by Mike Tisdale.

“The Nine Year Wait”

After Ellen Maruszewski and Nick Persson first met at Saint Anselm College they could have gotten married sooner if not for a missed opportunity for a first kiss.  Nine years later, after reconnecting again, they finally got a chance to kiss and then were soon married at Saint Leo Church in Leominster, Massachusetts. A highlight of the wedding day included singing during the Wedding Ceremony by Ellen’s Aunt, and Cantor, Judy McManus, who happened to sing at both her sisters’ weddings, and also at Ellen’s parents’ Wedding Ceremony 40 years earlier!  Ellen’s sisters, Kate and Mary, brought the house down with their Rap-Singing Toast to the Bride and Groom and the three sisters entertained their guests with a traditional Irish Step Dance.

Bagpiper Stuart Paul played to welcome guests into the church before the Ceremony and also led the Bride and Groom into the Reception Hall as they were introduced to the crowd. The band “Rare Form” provided lively Reception entertainment for the evening, highlighted by unbelievably realistic-sounding impersonation of Louis Armstrong’s “What A Wonderful World”.  You can visit the band’s website at: http://www.rareformband.com/.

Produced, Directed and Edited by Director of Cinematography, Don Freda of Freda Films.  Don & Debbie Freda filmed/recorded all the events.

Asheville, N.C. was a very fun place to visit, and even a better location for the Wedding of Jamie VanBebber & Mike Freda, who took advantage of hiring a LaZoom Wedding Party Bus to travel to local breweries with on-board entertainment by the band, “Pleasure Chest”; as well as securing the top local venues of “On Broadway,” “Salvage Station,” “Grove Park Country Club,” and “My Beloved Homewood” to celebrate their Wedding.

Their love of baseball and beer was featured throughout the weekend and hints of the Great American Pastimes of drinking beer and watching a ballgame were everywhere. Baseball memorabilia; trips to the breweries of Asheville; and special ceremonial celebrations of both were evident throughout the long weekend. The bases were loaded with fun!

Produced, Directed and Edited by Director of Cinematography, Don Freda of Freda Films.  Don & Debbie Freda filmed/recorded all the events.

Gina DiGeronimo and Andrew “Scooter” Moran were married on October 22, 2016 in Leominster, Massachusetts.  The Ceremony at St. Anna Parish was performed by Father Frederick D. Fraini III and the Reception Party was held at Charter Oak Country Club in Hudson, MA.  Prior to their Wedding Day I was able to spend some time with Gina, Scooter, and their dog, Solara at their home to gain a better understanding of them as a couple. It was a fun experience to be with them shortly before their big wedding day to sense the excitement and anticipation of what awaited them, and then get to capture their whole day on video, from the Bride Prep in the morning to the very end of the Reception.

Brittany & Kevin’s Wedding

Freda Films is proud to have produced the wedding video shown above for Brittany Lanza and Kevin Barnaby of Leominster, Massachusetts.  They were married on August 6th, 2016 at a ceremony in St. Anna Parish performed by Father Frederick D. Fraini III.  The celebration continued at the Devens Common Center in Devens, Mass.  One special aspect for me was interacting with the Groom, the Best Man, and the Groomsmen, where six of the eight were former baseball players on teams I coached at Leominster High School.  Absent from the wedding but lovingly remembered were Kevin’s Dad, Dick Barnaby, and Brittany’s Grandfather, Henry Lanza.

The hotel was elegantly decorated for the holidays and it provided a festive backdrop for their wedding.  Jen’s dog, Theo, could not attend the ceremony so in his absence Jon Henrie presented a heartfelt reading by Taylor Mali titled “How Falling in Love is Like Owning a Dog.”  The Officiant of the ceremony was Mr. Michael L. Backer, Justice of the Peace, from Southborough, Massachusetts.

Freda Films did a fantastic job on our wedding! We absolutely loved the mixing of music, video, and still shots throughout the entire production. Anyone who does not hire Don to do their special event is only robbing themselves of an enjoyable production! Thanks again Don, for the beautiful memories you captured for us to view and appreciate for years to come.
